MEN's leadership is responsible for the firm's professional standards, client relationships and strategic direction — bringing experienced judgement to work that increasingly combines finance, tax, technology, transactions, governance and international complexity.
MEN is being developed as an institution rather than around an individual personality. Leadership provides direction, professional oversight and accountability, while the wider operating model brings together technology, structured workflows, specialist capability and collaboration around client issues.
Where work involves material judgement, professional responsibility, financial consequence or external commitment, appropriate human review remains central.
Principal, MEN
MEN's Principal brings senior finance leadership experience across family-office finance, private capital and investment structures, real estate investment and development, and multinational, multi-jurisdiction groups. This includes management reporting and CFO-level work, tax and structuring, trusts and succession-related coordination, refinancing and liquidity, and corporate restructuring — gained across professional practice and in-house roles, and in coordination with external legal, tax, audit, investment and specialist advisers.
This experience has been brought to MEN by its Principal and reflects prior professional and career experience, rather than MEN's own corporate history.
Leadership experience brought to MEN spans situations involving:
Family offices and private wealth
Investment and property portfolios
Corporate groups and SPVs
International structures
Finance transformation
Cash flow, reporting and governance
Refinancing
Tax compliance and planning
Transactions, restructuring and coordination of professional advisers
AI and automation expand analytical and execution capacity, and structured workflows improve consistency and control across the firm's work. Within this model:
Professional judgement remains responsible for interpretation and material decisions.
MEN is designed to combine technology with accountable professional oversight.
Specialist or regulated professionals are involved where a matter requires it.
MEN uses technology to extend capability, not to remove responsibility.
Professional judgement remains central where a decision requires interpretation, challenge, regulatory awareness, financial commitment or accountability to the client.
